Hey, I am Tomé!

I'm a visionary graphic designer rooted in the heart of Portugal. For me, design is a bridge that connects people and ideas across the globe. My mission is to weave narratives through captivating visuals and a deep love for typography, creating designs that resonate and connect with diverse audiences.       

 

Pilot House

BRANDING CAMPAIGN

 

Pilot House is a factory building, currently being turned into a modern business centre. The site will be transformed to house new meeting and conference facilities, a café and kitchen, a courtyard to the rear and a range of workspaces, including a co-working lounge for creative tech and digital businesses. With this brief, I was required to create Pilot House's branding.

CAMPAIGN

 

Final Negotiated Project, was one where we created our own brief within Creative Conscience's parameters. With the topics: Education + Learning, the aim is to bring awareness through a zine, to what the carnation revolution represents and how some of the consequences of the dictatorship “Estado Novo” are still present to this day in Portugal. The revolution was a nearly bloodless coup d'état led by the Armed Forces Movement, a group of military officers and then civilians dissatisfied with the authoritarian rule of the Estado Novo regime.

Atomic Habits

EDITORIAL CAMPAIGN

 

I was a participant in the 2024 Penguin Cover Award Competition. The aim of this project was to re-design one of the presented book covers, and my book of choice was the international best seller Atomic Habits by James Clear.
