For my final project at university, I created a short documentary about Bangladesh and the history behind its inception. It was an important body of work for me; my family hailing from Sylhet ourselves. I also created a complimentary zine advertising the documentary too, all for the sake of raising awareness about the true meaning behind the independence of Bangladesh.
BBC Sounds Rollout Competition
As someone that is passionate about album art and the creative process behind the release of music projects, I dedicated this body of work to helping smaller artists achieve bigger goals with resources that only mainstream artists have. With this in mind, I came up with a faux competition hosted by BBC Sounds that directly tackles the issue of new and upcoming artists with little to no following. Winners can receive funding by them to produce a well-known, high quality rollout.
Peace & Blessings
Tasked with designing a new line of tradition focused greeting cards and partyware for Peace & Blessings. I produced the Elegant Collection: a set of cards and various products based upon iconic Islamic landmarks and symbols which naturally build upon the current visual language of Peace & Blessings.
