The Peace of Wild Things

BRANDING TYPOGRAPHY ILLUSTRATION

Using Wendell Berry's poem "The Peace of Wild Things," this brief highlights the urgent issue of ocean pollution. Through a series of posters and a simple animation, I blend vintage blueprint effects on marine life and pollution images with impactful typography. The animation features rotating quotes from the poem and a slowly moving sea turtle, aiming to evoke empathy and inspire action. This campaign combines design and poetry to raise awareness and advocate for protecting our natural world.

Crafted for the podcast "Help Me Be Me" by Sarah May, the final vinyl cover and poster card showcase intricate floral patterns and elegant typography. Utilizing a harmonious blend of light beige and black, the design symbolizes personal growth and self-discovery, resonating with the podcast's themes of empowerment and self-love.
